Fostering joy and better brain health for older adults through technology
The Birdsong Tablets are developed off of more than 3 years of award-winning research conducted by interdisciplinary partnerships between numerous institutions including Eastern Virginia Medical School, Virginia Wesleyan College, Regent University, and Westminster-
Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay.
We are grateful to Ben Unkle, CEO of Westminster-Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay, for providing Westminster-Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay as a site to conduct research, develop the Birdsong program, and bring together the various components in making the Birdsong vision a reality.
Our deepest appreciation and gratitude are expressed to Sue and George Birdsong for providing the funding for the Birdsong research
study and for their ongoing support of the Birdsong program. It could not have been possible without their generous donation.
